From June 17 to 18, 2026 , a multidisciplinary business mission was held in the business center of Casablanca, bringing together leading Russian and Moroccan entrepreneurs. The event, organized with the support of the Russian Export Center as part of the national project "International Cooperation and Export", has become an effective platform for establishing direct contacts between companies from various sectors of the economy.

The Russian delegation included the AKTAWA platform, a global B2B ecosystem that unites suppliers and customers from around the world. The company's interests were represented at the negotiations by CEO Maxim Mikhailovich Konoplynikov.

 

Bilateral negotiations with Moroccan companies started on June 17 according to a pre-arranged schedule of meetings. For two days, representatives of AKTAWA conducted a series of productive B2B negotiations with local importers, distributors and industry companies.

The second day of the mission, on June 18, opened with a plenary session with the participation of key figures of Russian-Moroccan business cooperation. Welcoming remarks were made by:

  • Alexey Andreev is the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Morocco.;
  • Hassan Berkani — President of the Casablanca Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCISC);
  • Hassan Sentissi El Idrissi is the President of the Association of Moroccan Exporters (ASMEX).

During meetings with the management The Casablanca Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Association of Moroccan Exporters discussed the current state of bilateral trade and prospects for expanding cooperation. Special attention was paid to the issues of industrial cooperation, supply of equipment, digital solutions and technologies.

As part of the negotiation program , the AKTAWA delegation held meetings with a wide range of Moroccan companies from various sectors of the economy, including IT solutions, consulting, real estate, export-import operations and other areas.:

  • GUMIB – International certification platform;
  • SAJAMED NEGOCE – trade, provision of services;
  • IN DATA CORE – AI assistant services to speed up the lending process;
  • Advisors Building Consulting (ABC)— financial infrastructure;
  • SEES Solutions – environmental solutions;
  • Enigma Solutions — digital technologies;
  • Redmac Consulting — consulting services.

 

Representatives of AKTAWA presented to the Moroccan partners the possibilities of an international business platform that provides comprehensive services for import, export, logistics and international settlements. The participants of the meetings highly appreciated the potential of cooperation, noting that the AKTAWA platform is able to become a reliable bridge between Russian manufacturers and African markets.

Participation in the business mission allowed AKTAWA has significantly strengthened its position as a reliable partner in international trade. The company has confirmed its reputation as a global integrator capable of effectively solving the challenges of entering new markets. As a result of the negotiations, preliminary agreements were reached on cooperation with a number of Moroccan companies, and concrete steps were outlined to implement joint projects in the field of digital technologies, industrial equipment and logistics.

An important result was the expansion of business contacts with institutional structures — The Trade Representative Office of the Russian Federation in Morocco and the Association of Moroccan Exporters. The prospects

The Moroccan market is showing steady growth and high interest in Russian products. According to Margarita Bolycheva, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan , the foreign trade turnover with Morocco increased by 20% in 2025 solely due to exports. This is also facilitated by the tactically advantageous location of the country: Morocco is the "gateway" not only to the countries of North Africa, but also to Europe, as well as to America due to its proximity to the Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, Moroccan ports and logistics hubs provide direct access to the markets of the entire country. Africa, which makes the kingdom a key transit hub for international trade. The country is one of the most dynamically developing markets North Africa with a convenient logistical location and well-developed infrastructure.
