The 10th Smart Cities India International Exhibition, a key industry event in South Asia in the field of urbanism, digitalization and sustainable development, was held in New Delhi (Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan) from March 19 to March 21, 2025. AKTAWA (the international B2B platform of the PKRF group) participated in the exhibition, led by founder Maxim Konoplyanikov with the support of the Russian Export Center within the framework of the Made in Russia brand.

Smart Cities India 2025 brought together more than 20,000 specialists from 40 countries, including representatives of business, government agencies and international organizations. The exhibition features market leaders from India, the USA, China, Germany, as well as technology startups. The main tracks are: digitalization of urban infrastructure, renewable energy, ecology, transport and cybersecurity. Over 100 panel sessions and 50 practical seminars were held in three days.
What did aktawa introduce?
AKTAWA demonstrated its ecosystem for international trade, bringing together suppliers and buyers from 200+ countries. Solutions in five key areas were presented at the stand.:
- Smart technologies — IoT sensors, automation of buildings and industrial facilities;
- Energy — solar panels, wind turbines, smart grids;
- Ecology — waste recycling equipment, water treatment, "green" building materials;
- Security — video surveillance, biometrics, data protection;
- Industrial innovations — telecom equipment (including 5G), robotics, CNC machines.

The Russian Export Center provided organizational support: coordination of meetings, booth promotion and branding. This allowed the AKTAWA team to focus on negotiations and present Russian technologies as globally competitive.

In three days, the AKTAWA team held more than 60 business meetings with Indian companies, representatives of the BRICS countries and international partners. Key results:
- Agreements have been reached on the supply of IoT devices, telecom equipment, environmental materials and water treatment systems to India.;
- Dozens of new companies from India and South Asia joined the customer pool (previously, businesses from China, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Morocco became clients of AKTAWA);
- AKTAWA technologies have been recognized for their quality and innovation, especially in the energy and environmental sectors.
