Riyadh, May 2024 — A delegation from the PKRF Group of Companies, led by founder and CEO Maxim Konoplyanikov, took part in a business mission to Saudi Arabia, organized with the support of the Russian Export Center (REC).

The event was held on May 28-29 in Riyadh and was dedicated to the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, as well as the presentation of digital solutions for international business.

The launch of the platform: an ecosystem for global trade

The central event of the mission was the official presentation of the international B2B platform . Maxim Konoplyanikov personally presented the capabilities of the system, arousing great interest from Saudi partners.

Key platform functionality:

  • Intelligent Partner Selection— AI algorithms analyze markets, suggest relevant counterparties, and predict demand.
  • Multilingual environment — business profiles and catalogs are available in the main world languages, which simplifies communication.
  • The full cycle of the transaction is from finding a supplier or buyer to secure payments and logistics organization.
  • Trade guarantees are a built—in system for protecting the interests of the parties, reducing the risks of default.

" is not just a marketplace, but a comprehensive ecosystem for global trade. We are creating a digital bridge between businesses from different countries, eliminating traditional barriers to international cooperation," said Maxim Konoplyanikov.

Business program and negotiation results

In two days, the delegation held more than 20 B2B meetings with leading Saudi companies and government agencies. The main areas of negotiations:

  • Logistic integration— synchronization of platform solutions with the national strategy Vision 2030.
  • Financial services— discussion of a partnership with the payment system SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) for the organization of cross-border settlements.
  • Digital transformation is the implementation of AI solutions for automating the procurement of large industrial and government customers.

Agreements reached:

  • Preliminary agreements with the first Saudi partners on the placement on the platform;
  • Roadmap for integration with the NEOM Smart City project;
  • The start of the Halal certification procedure for goods placed on the platform;
  • Coordination of pilot projects with five large companies in the Kingdom.

Scaling plans in the region

Following the results of the mission, the following development steps were identified:

  • Signing of a memorandum with the Saudi Export Development Authority (SEDA) on cooperation in the field of export promotion;
  • Conducting educational webinars for the Saudi business community on the use of digital tools in international trade;
  • Localization of the interface and functionality of the platform, taking into account regional specifics;
  • Creation of a joint working committee to monitor the implementation of the agreements reached.

Results and strategic importance

Participation in the business mission confirmed the high potential of the platform in the Middle East. The agreements reached create the basis for a systematic entry into the Saudi market and further expansion into the Persian Gulf countries.

"The success in Riyadh exceeded our expectations. is truly becoming the digital bridge that will connect the trade flows of Eurasia and the Middle East," Maxim Konoplyanikov concluded.
