The installations of the series are designed for automatic high-performance ultrasonic control of the continuity of sheet and rolled products. The units are integrated directly into the production line and ensure the detection of metal irregularities such as delamination, accumulations of non-metallic inclusions, areas of looseness, cracks, sunsets and other discontinuities, as well as high-precision measurement of the geometric dimensions of controlled products and determination of their mechanical properties.

The installations are designed for:
Detection of internal defects;
Detection of surface and subsurface defects;
Detection of areas of abnormal hardness (Hard Spots);
Measurements of the rolled geometry.
