The units are designed for automatic ultrasonic inspection of seamless and electro-welded pipes. The units can be equipped with various types of ultrasonic and eddy current transducers, which allows us to adapt our systems to any ultrasound control tasks and the specifics of the customer's production line. The objects of control for installations are the body, ends, seam and near—seam zone of pipes with diameters from 10 to 1530 mm.
Installations are designed for:
Pipe body control;
Control of pipe ends;
Seam and near-seam zone control;
Pipe wall thickness measurements;
Measuring the geometric dimensions of the pipe;
Measurements of the weld profile.
