Intelligent City Management Center
SmartManagement is a software module of the SMARTCITY CMS intelligent urban management center, which is the central link of the "Digital City" ecosystem.
The SmartManagement module is designed to automate the activities of urban monitoring centers and unified duty and dispatch services (EDDS) of the city and provides the following main functions and services:
automation of the activities of employees and operators of the monitoring center and EDDS
receiving, processing and monitoring the performance of work on citizens' requests, including those received through the Active Citizen service
receiving and processing data from city services and departments
monitoring the activities of management companies
automating interdepartmental interaction
monitoring the condition of urban infrastructure facilities, the road network
and public transport traffic control
