The Stanver Flow 150 asphalt concrete plant belongs to the continuous type and consists of the main technological equipment: 4 hopper feeders of inert materials, a countercurrent drying and mixing drum with a combined burner, a filter, a silo for mineral powder, a silo of its own filler (dust), bitumen storage, a storage hopper of the finished mixture for 30 tons, a control cabin and additional equipment for the supply of a stabilizing additive and a RAP feeder.
The actual capacity of the plant is 150 tons per hour.
The accuracy of dosing of all components of the mixture (inert materials, mineral powder, own dust, cellulose additives and bitumen) was confirmed by the test results during the selection of formulations and selective operational control of asphalt concrete mixtures in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documents.
