The two-position limit switches KVD 610d and 610i are a further development of the predecessor KVD 600. The new KVD modification takes into account most of the comments and wishes of the operational services of the customers. They are used to signal two positions of pneumatic actuators of a straight-through and rotary type using electric microswitches for regulating and shut-off pipe fittings. The setting range is from 5 to 130 mm (from 5 to 100 °C). Distinctive features: an improved mechanism for locking the setting position, the accuracy of the cam mechanism ± 0.2°, two explosion protection classes 1ExdIICT6 Gb and 1ExiaIICT6 Gbx with an intrinsic barrier in one product, flexibility during installation, the ability to switch DC or AC electrical circuits in "dry contact" mode or according to NAMUR, operation at temperatures from -60 °C.
