Spunbond — heat-bonded drainage and filtration material**
The product is a non-woven rolled material made on the basis of polypropylene fibers by thermal bonding (spunbond technology). Polypropylene heats up to high temperatures, splits into thousands of small fibers that connect to each other under the influence of heating without the use of glue. A homogeneous, durable, chemically resistant and water-permeable structure is obtained. The field of application is as a filter layer in drainage systems, protection of geomembranes from mechanical damage, a covering material in agriculture, as well as in construction to separate soil layers.
